4.7.2 Fault in the Business Plan

Every entrepreneur desires a prosperous business. However, if a person does not develop a plan of action, it may result
in a stressful environment. Having a plan to achieve the objective assists the individual in understanding one's position
in operating a successful business and motivates everyone involved to work harder.
        4.7.3 Building a Team

Finding suitable personnel and training them to give their all to the business is a time-consuming and difficult task. As
an entrepreneur, you must discover people who believe and feel the same way as the rest of your team. Work may be
done better and faster when new employees fit into the team's culture.
        4.7.4 Personal Barrier

These are some of the thoughts that an entrepreneur might have before embarking on a company venture:

How long will the organisation be in operation?
How much money will it bring in?
Will my goods be well-liked by my customers?
Will I be able to provide for my family?

Any new enterprise is risky since there is always the possibility of something going wrong. Also, assembling a suitable
team is a time-consuming task. A team of reckless and unsuitable employees can harm the company.

        Self-Doubt
When something goes wrong in a business, it is easy to get discouraged. One begins to doubt oneself and may even
consider giving up. When we lack confidence in ourselves and our talent, we experience self-doubt. Working towards
one's goals is one of the finest strategies to deal with self-doubt. When we are feeling unmotivated, simply looking at
our goals and knowing that the actions we are performing today are contributing to our long-term targets might help
us feel better. Having relatives and friends who are aware of our aspirations and who encourage us when we doubt
        ourselves is also beneficial.

        4.8 ENTREPRENEURIAL ATTITUDES

Entrepreneurs think and act differently from wage workers. But how are they distinct? Let's read Rachna's story and try
        to grasp it.
Rachna is a young woman with a four-year-old son. She attends her cousin’s wedding but throughout the wedding, her son
keeps troubling her. He runs around the pandal, doesn’t sit still and doesn’t let Rachna eat anything. Rachna realises that
the young boy is pretty bored. She attends two more family weddings and sees that other mothers of young children also
face the same problem. She realises a business opportunity in this situation.
Rachna starts her own kids entertainment company. She provides various swings and fun-filled activities in marriages and
parties to keep young kids occupied. She finds it difficult at first because she has no prior experience running a business or
working with a diverse set of people. But that doesn't stop her from working hard in the business.
What did Rachna do or think differently than others? Discuss it with your partner and record your findings in your
notebook. A manner of thinking or feeling about something is referred to as an attitude. It can be positive or negative.
Let us learn about entrepreneurs' positive mindsets/attitudes.
